Summary:

The Concierge is responsible for welcoming and registering guests, assisting with guest needs throughout their stay, and providing door and bell service as needed. This role supports a high level of service by facilitating smooth guest experiences and ensuring consistent attention to detail.

Description of Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

• Establish and manage guest accounts throughout the duration of their stay.

• Respond to guest inquiries and fulfill concierge requests, including dining, transportation, and activity arrangements.

• Serve meals and beverages in designated areas, as required.

• Provide door and bell support, including handling luggage and escorting guests.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with all departments to support guest service.

Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.

• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage room availability, provide rate information, and make guest reservations.

• Familiarity with concierge services and guest-facing hospitality standards.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from $20.00- 22.00 an hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
